The WHITEFIELD Neighbourhood Policing Team were out in force on Friday 22nd August. YOU SAID WE DID.

Officers from WHITEFIELD stopped in total 43 vehicles for various road traffic offences,

Use mobile phone 11

Seatbelt 9 

No Insurance 2 = vehicles seized

Number plate offences 7

Vehicle defect Scheme 3 

And 11 drivers given advice 

Thank you to all the drivers and local residents who made this operation go smoothly.

As part of our neighbourhood commitment it is our aim to keep the streets and roads of Bury safe and as long as people continue to commit driving offences whilst using these roads we will continue to pursue and prosecute them.
